free cash flows and is quietly acquisitive. BPE operates with a conservative balance sheet. BPE's principal sites include buildings in Boscawen St, King St and Lemon Quay.

Blue Port Investments

Blue Port Investments is an Equity Fund principally focused on mega cap US Tech. Blue Port reduced its equity exposures and repaid all leverage during 2020. The fund is largely passive and has enjoyed stellar returns since 2023.

Blue Port Residential

BPR is a residential property business in London. This comprises a number of high quality tenanted residences in Fulham and Chelsea. This is the oldest of the Blue Port businesses, founded in 2004, and enjoys a very stable income and capital growth profile.

Rupert and Caroline Hume-Kendall are Blue Port's sole shareholders and directors.
An Investment Banker, Rupert was Chair of Bank of America outside the US and retired in 2015. In addition to Blue Port he also has Non Executive and Advisory Board roles.
Caroline has backgrounds in PR and property management. She is Chair of Cornwall Golf and was runner up in the 2025 Cornwall County Championships. She is a course panellist for Golf Monthly.
